COOPFUND Microfinance Bank Limited also known as “COOPFUND” is an SPV of the NLNG Staff Cooperative Investment & Credit Society Limited. COOPFUND Microfinance Bank was incorporated on the 11th of October 2022, secured her license to operate as a Microfinance Bank from the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) on the 7th of February, 2024 and started operations on the 19th of June 2024. The idea behind the formation of the Bank was born out of the determination to help drive the economic prosperity of Nigeria by rendering innovative and fintech driven microfinance banking and related financial services designed to help meet our customers unique needs and manage their money a bit better.
